July Letter
Our Lord Himself said, "This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations: and then shall the end come."
This is the primary fulfillment of events before the Rapture of the Church. The Apostle Paul told Timothy, Preach the Word: reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. For the time shall come when they will not endure (put up with) sound (uncorrupted) doctrine (instructions): But after their own lust (that which is normally forbidden) shall they heap (seek additional) to themselves teachers: having itching (an order, in arranged order) ears.
We are in a time in history when all things that we knew before have taken on a transition reversal. The Church's message is not being declared and that is why we, as part of the remnant, feel disenfranchised, alone, adrift and find great difficulty in fellowshipping in what used to satisfy.
The end-time message to the Body of Christ and to the world will assume an urgency not felt before. The Holy Spirit will give a confirmational word of wisdom, when the true message is declared. Sadly, most in the Body do not possess the spiritual depth to witness to the truth.
My exhortation, and Rapha's intent, is to stand firm on sound doctrine, give reasons for the hope that lies within us, depend being nurtured supernaturally by fellowshipping with those of "like precious faith," and refuse to endure fleshly attractions. "Stand firm in the Lord and in the power of His might."
We, at Rapha, have spiritual permission and have set in place a non-penetrable hedge of protection around those in our house. We operate as a type, akin to when the death angel passed over Israel in their exodus.
