National News sources are reporting that the US Supreme Court has voted on a draft to rescind the Rowe/Wade Law. The court will hold the official vote around June or July. Their opinion is that the abortion question should be settled at the State level. So, it is not within their legal authority to render a decision.
This is a position statement giving Rapha's stance on the abortion question. The US Supreme Court is correct that they are not constitutionally authorized to judge this matter. In fact, neither will any individual State or any other human judicial system be qualified to establish an abortion law.
Almighty God has set in place provisions as to how abortions are to be handled at His Judgement Seat. When the woman becomes impregnated she "may choose" to have the baby terminated if she was the victim of incest, rape, or her life is in danger by causing the child to be birthed. In these circumstances she is free of God's wrath.
Should a woman become impregnated by fornication, adultery or in her marriage, she may not abort the child. These babies are human beings and are not only protected by God, but also by human moral law and the US constitution.
The reason God does not allow human courts to judge this question is that unsaved judicial systems are not permitted by God to supercede divine laws. Any woman, medical individual, political person, friend, organization or family member who interjects him/herself into the abortion shall stand at God's great White Judgment Seat and receive just accountability for his part.
Further, residence of countries giving credence to this sin of abortion on demand shall be judged when God judges nations in addition to their individual judgment. Ungodly doctors, their assistants, hospitals, midwives, attorneys, organizations and any individuals assisting in the premeditated murder of the child shall be adjudicated guilty by God's law.
The only provision for those guilty of this murder event is that they shall truly repent and get redeemed and ask for God's forgiveness. "If we confess our sin, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1John 1:9).
